We are pleased to announce that Molson Kargbo won the Communication Award of Excellence!!!!
Molson Kargbo shows extraordinary support to make sure that our individuals receive the best care. Whenever someone is out, Molson is quick to fill in, whether it’s a Direct Service Professional (DSP), Community Health Manager, or co-resident director. He can fill everyone’s shoes.

Wall of Fame
The work of his first two “Walls of Fame” in his office show the growth of all individuals we serve. It’s a pleasure walking into his office as these walls make us all smile. It makes us feel that all we do to serve our individuals is worth it.
In fact, the third “wall” is in process.
When a DSP is struggling with communication, Molson takes the time to teach them and offers his time to anyone who needs help. He also encourages the Community Health Managers to do the same.
Not only does he help with communication, he also assists with cooking. Often DSPs struggle with cooking as they consider the likes and dislikes of our individuals. He’ll take time out of his busy schedule to go to the sites to give cooking lessons.

Molson is a teacher at heart and communicates easily with anyone who has a problem.

There is comfort level when speaking with him and everyone knows he’ll approach a problem without judgment, listen attentively, and lend encouragement in solving the problem.
Molson is present at every event we plan, showing support at holiday cookouts, birthday celebrations, and every party throughout the year. He is a gift to all of us and is greatly appreciated.

It is clear that Molson has the right mindset and a heart full of compassion when it comes to caring for individuals with disabilities at KenCCID.
Because of Molson, KenCCID continues to ensure that individuals with disabilities are able to live a life full of choices that is no different from any other.
