At the end of 2017 we gathered together to celebrate the people we serve and the people who are key to providing the services.
It’s because of valued friends like you that we can directly enhance a person’s life. Generous donors who give to the Individuals and Employees Appreciation program, help people with intellectual disabilities experience an “Everyday Life.”
Often, an “Everyday Life” consists of small delights—things that you or I may take for granted. It could be providing a bicycle for someone to explore the trails near their home. Or building a vegetable garden, so someone can learn how to grow and cook their food. These simple experiences create joy and meaning in the lives our individuals.
